SEP .OCT. & i have taken 2 pli and the amt deducted is 5310/ month but the excess amt was deducted in month of feb was rs.4530 despite of my numerous correspondence the amt. was not refunded even speaking withA.A.O & in month of OCT rs19000 was deducted against PLI instead of rs 5310 which is not understood may i request you to please look into the matter and refund the amt without delay. your cooperation in this matter will be highly appreciated

I am Col A M Madan posted as Dy Cdr HQ 36 Inf Bde. For last 4-5 months, I am not getting my pay-slip. While fixing my pay on 01/01/1996, Rs.400 (Rank Pay Capt)were deducted from my pay of Rs.10900 and pay was fixed at Rs.10500, which is requied to be restored as per Supreme Court Order of 04 Sep 2013 as no rank pay is to be deducted. IC-51185P Lt Col Suresh Kuymar retired from Corps of Signlas in Jan 2008. My ccount shows Rs 9202/ as credit in my pay slip every month. Ihave written to CDA(O) many times in last two years. I have also sent you my bankers details through a cancelled cheque by registered post. Your office is not remitting my dues to my bankers.
