Dear Superindent, My request to you, if you can’t follow up properly with your team members, please resign. No one is giving proper reply, no one is updating the database. How can we check the details thru yur website? Why people are paying such huge amount and waiting for long time to get their passport. Do you want any political party leader accompany with the applicant to get the information?

I have sent e-mail to the given address, no reply. Then what is your team s are doing there? Its not a book binding press etc., Its Indian Passport Office, which is controlled by President of India. What you people are doing from 10.00 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs? We all are working, we have some kind of result by the evening, which if you want,w e can explain to you. My subbordinate is explaining their job result every day by 17.00 Hrs, if anything missing,we discussed and find out some solution. This want you must try. Yu will get some result and good sleep.
its big mess up in calicut passort office, entire system have to be changed. whenever we submit application for new passort or renewal they never check documents properly , after few days we get notice to appear infront of p.r.o and even they will not tell you exactly what documents they need more to issue passport. like this we have to make many visit to passport office to solve the problems. as we know modernise everywhere and simplify everything but not passport office. there is no one answer our equiry ***** and we site also not updating. please open authorities eyes on this matter as we are paying higher fees.
