I am requesting to get my 8yrs and 8months old daughter’s passport who went India and unluckily she couldn’t come back because of her passpport is expired.We consulted with agents but nobody giving correct information even we are unable to make an emergency appointment.Both parents in Canada whatever needed its all completed.We contacted with the General Cosulate of India (Canada).But still we are not on right track.Could you please advice or do something for us.

Is this your daughter’s passport issued from india or canada, If its issued from canada then your daughter can travel on EC and EC will be issue from india passport office or indian cosulate,She has to submit the visa copy and old passport copy to indian cosulate or pp office, For safe side send the request letter for her to indian cosulate or pp
